Kurt Krautheim is a New York-admitted attorney with a background in litigation and FinTech. While in New York, he litigated on behalf of company clients in matters involving business torts, contract disputes, trade secret protection, and financial fraud, with frequent court appearances in New York state and federal courts.After moving to Zürich, he began to focus his practice on banking and finance, first in investment reporting and risk analytics with Credit Suisse, and subsequently as legal counsel for LEXR AG, where he advised FinTech clients in the areas of corporate and securities law, contract, anti-money laundering legislation (AML), banking law, and financial market regulation.
