Making a data center tradeable

- 06.07.2021 - 1 min read time
NZZ’s real estate special „Zukunft Bauen“ has put GenTwo on the map. The Swiss fintech enables professional investors to participate easily and economically in all asset classes imaginable, including real estate projects.

In the article, Jörg Bode, GenTwo’s CEO, discusses the possibilities of investing in alternative assets and other real estate projects. One example is a data center being built in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, which has already been rented to Google prior to completion. Another example is luxury student residences in the USA, where the design and layout have been adapted to the post-Covid era. Both projects were securitized through GenTwo's issuance solution and brought to market by Geneva-based asset manager Generation Alfa.
